Hi, my name is Tom.

Having experienced serious weight fluctuations in my youth, I am completely familiar with the feeling of wanting to change the way I look. Since then, I decided to take action and make certain life adjustments, health and fitness has been an integral part of my life. I pride myself on being extremely motivational, instilling a mental strength and getting excited about your goals as they become mine.
